Our Farm
Our Holstein and Brown Swiss cows are milked twice daily and all of our calves are raised right here on the farm. Our cows and heifers are fed a grass-based diet balanced with the perfect amount of proteins and minerals.
We work closely with a veterinarian who visits the dairy weekly to monitor the health of the cows. A cow nutritionist also helps us craft the weekly menu to ensure the most balanced and healthy diet for our cows.
You could say we treat our cows like family here!
This Farm Cares
Milking R Dairy is National Dairy FARM Program certified. The FARM program was created to proactively address the concerns of consumers, retailers and processors who are interested in how their food is produced. This on-farm audit assesses areas including animal care and wellness, environmental stewardship, employee training, milk safety and milk quality.
In fact, 98% of the nations milk supply comes from farms that participate in the National Dairy FARM program to demonstrate and provide verification of best animal care practices and quality assurance.
Our Homegrown Angus Beef
There’s something special about knowing exactly where your food comes from. Every cut of beef we sell comes from Angus steers born and raised right here on our family farm along Highway 98. From pasture to plate, every step happens under our care, ensuring the highest quality and flavor in every bite.
Because we raise and process only a small number at a time, availability is limited. We share restock updates, pricing, and specials on our social media pages, so be sure to follow along for the latest.

All of our beef is fresh-frozen and pre-packed to seal in prefection — just the way we like it. Prices can vary week to week based on the market. Please note that we do not offer delivery, holds, or custom packages — everything is sold first come, first served once it hits the freezer.
